Panna Cotta

Ingredients

200 ml Fresubin 2 kcal Drink Fruits of the Forest
2 Egg yolks
4 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Cornflour
50 ml Double cream
6 g Gelatine powder (or 3 gelatine leaves)

Preparation

  1. Soak gelatine leaves in a bowl of cold water (or mix the gelatine powder as per instructions)
  2. Warm Fresubin 2 kcal Drink Fruits of the Forest
  3. Mix egg yolks, starch and sugar
  4. Add Fresubin 2 kcal Drink and cook until the mixture thickens
  5. Add the gelatine and dissolve in the hot mixture 
  6. Whip cream and add to the mixture 
  7. Pour into small moulds (e.g. cups) and store in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving
