Ingredients

100 ml Fresubin Energy Fibre DRINK Chocolate
40 g plain chocolate coating
10 g butter
2 g gelatine (1 sheet)
10 g cream (30 % fat)
1 g gingerbread spice (a pinch)

Preparation

  1. Dissolve the chocolate coating and the butter in a bain-marie. Add the softened gelatine. Mix with Fresubin Energy Fibre DRINK Chocolate.
  2. Season with the gingerbread spice. Fold in the whipped cream and chill.
