Not all bottles are the same
Although Oral Nutritional Supplements (ONS) might provide similar benefits and carry similar nutritional values, but there are differences in size and format as well as labelling. Among these there is a unique bottle with a unique ergonomic design as well as a prominent shape - the EasyBottle!

- Shape offers good and stable grip
- Packaging design offers safe and convenient handling
- Shape prevents accidental rolling away of the bottle
- Optimised shape and packaging for reducing storage space

- Product name is easy to read
- Clearly labelled key product features (e.g. fibre content)
- Colour coding to easily choose your favourite flavour
- Clearly labelled energy density as part of the product name

- Special colour labelling for high-protein products
- All important information at a glance on the nutritional circle, stating calories, protein, lipids and carbohydrates per bottle
Less plastic but unchanged quality!
Fresenius Kabi is committed to remove all straws from its EasyBottles to help to reduce plastic waste.
Reducing plastic from straw and foil results in 108 million less EasyBottle straws, therefore saving about 70 t of plastic per year.
Drinking ONS without a straw
supports compliance
ONS consumption could be improved by changing drinking method1
- 24 nursing home residents
- age 66–97
- 2 groups:
- 1. group (16 participants): ONS poured in a glass/beaker
- 2. group (8 participants): ONS consumed from a bottle using a straw
- duration: 3 times per day, on alternate days over one-week period
