Ingredients

100 mlFresubin 2 kcal DRINK Neutral
120 gbeef
50 gcauliflower, deep-frozen
50 gcarrots, fresh, ready-to-cook
50 gcelery, fresh, ready-to-cook
50 gpeas, deep-frozen or fresh
100 gpotatoes
5 gbutter (1 level teaspoon)
salt, pepper, chopped
parsley, meat stock

Preparation

  1. Bring seasoned meat stock to the boil and add beef diced into small cubes. Dice carrots, celery and potatoes into small cubes and add to the beef. Also add the peas and cauliflower, separated into florets and the butter. Allow to cook until done.
  2. Fill up with Fresubin 2 kcal DRINK Neutral and season.
  3. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
